Replacements
Immortal Walls primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. We offer a replacement guarantee if the product received is:
- Damaged or defective
- Lost in transit
- Wrong product (not what you ordered)

Product colour or printing colour might vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable colour variation, Immortal Walls will NOT provide any return or replacement option. Immortal Walls reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund (only for Prepaid orders) or replacement.
Custom products will not be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement unless the product received has any manufacturing defects. The print quality of custom products will completely depend on the resolution of the image used while customizing the product.
COD orders are NOT eligible for a refund. If there are any manufacturing errors as accepted by Immortal Walls, then Immortal Walls will offer a free replacement of the product. Finally, if no issues are reported within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered, Immortal Walls will consider the order to be fulfilled successfully.
Note: For any claims, we require an opening video of the parcel (including the top wrap). This policy helps ensure that we can thoroughly investigate and resolve any issues or damages promptly. We understand that providing an opening video may seem inconvenient, but it allows us to offer you the best possible service and ensure you receive the full value of your purchase.
Return Policy
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
