Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Need to cancel your order? Contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. Please note, however, that once the production process starts, we may not be able to cancel your order.
- Cancellation for Customized Orders: For customized products, cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. After this period, production may begin, and cancellation may not be possible. To cancel a customized order, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.
- Non-Customized Order Cancellation: You can cancel non-customized orders anytime before the item has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, our return policy will take effect instead.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for products that are mismatched or damaged, provided the following conditions are met:
Conditions for Refund:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund claims.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without the required unboxing video will not be considered.
Refund Process:
- Review: Our support team will review the unboxing video to verify the reported issues.
- Approval: If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Timeline: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
